We are thrilled to announce that Harvey’s Point has been awarded the coveted title of "Best Guest Experience in Ireland." This accolade is a testament to our unwavering dedication to providing unparalleled service and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.
Silver Award for Best 4-Star Hotel:
In addition to the Best Guest Experience award, we are proud to have received the Silver Award for "Best 4-Star Hotel" at the recent Gold Medal Awards. This recognition reflects our continuous efforts to maintain the highest standards of quality, comfort, and hospitality for our guests.
Now in their 34th year, the Virgin Media Business Gold Medal Awards are recognised as the leading independent awards programme for the Irish hospitality industry. Judged by industry experts, the Virgin Media Business Gold Medal Awards recognise and reward excellence in hospitality and catering operations across the island of Ireland. The winners were announced on Tuesday, the 30th of January at a gala awards ceremony hosted by Anton Savage at The Galmont Hotel & Spa in Galway.

A traditional recipe for that perfect baked ham!
- Use a prime bacon loin & steam at 100°c for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard.
- Once the ham is steamed, drain excess water and glaze the ham with honey & mustard mix.
- Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 170°c for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, rest for 15 minutes, carve and enjoy.
