Great Place To Work

Last year we started our Great Place to Work journey as part of Failte Ireland's Employer Excellence Program and we were thrilled to be certifed as A Great Place to Work by Great Place to Work Ireland in December, in order to become certified our staff were asked to complete The Trust Index© Employee Experience Survey which measures the extent to which your organisation is considered to be a great workplace by your people.

 By gathering qualitative and quantitative data on the employee’s perception of their work experience, the survey provides essential information that enables us to understand our workplace environment.

We then invited our staff to a lovely afternoon tea in our Garden Suite and General Manager Niall Coffey presented the findings of the survey, we looked at what we do well and what we can do better, and we assured the team that we will continue to strive to be one of the best places to work in Ireland.

We were thrilled to see that over 90% of our team was proud to work at Harvey's Point!
