Sit back, relax and enjoy course after course of delicious food, starting with a hearty vegetable soup served to the table. Then make your way to the International Food Hall, which features an amazing Starter Buffet, complete with over thirty choices. In your own time, head to the hot station, where our team of chefs will carve the joint of your choice, accompanied by an array of fresh vegetables and potatoes. Last but by no means least, keep plenty of room for the Dessert Buffet, which is laden with a delightful display of desserts, including sweet treats, chocolate fountain, cheese and crepes. And not a calorie in any one of them!
Later in the day, it is customary to have a ‘Siesta’ or ‘wee snooze’ as we say in Donegal.
